Itinerary

Day 01: – Drive from Kathmandu/ Pokhara to Soti Khola (710 m.) about 8 hours drive.

Day 02: Trek Soti Khola to Machhi Khola (930 m.) 6 hours.

Day 03: Trek Machhi Khola to Jagat (1860m.) for 7 hours.

Day 04: Trek Jagat to Deng (1860 m.) 7 hours.

Day 05: Trek Deng to Namrung (2910 m.) 7 hours.

Day 06: Trek Namrung to Lho (2910m.) for 5 hours.

Day 07: Trek Lho to Sama Gaun (3530 m.)

Day 08: Rest Day in Samagaon (3530 m.)

Day 09: Trek Sama Gaun to Samdo (3860m.) for 5 hours.

Day 10: Trek Samdo to Dharmashala (4470m.) for 5 hours.

Day 11: Trek Dharmashala to Bhimtang (3720 m.) 8 hours.

Day 12: Trek Bimtang to Tiliche (2320 m.) 7hours. 

Day 13: Drive Tiliche to Bagar Chhap & Beshisahar (760m.), and Pokhara or Kathmandu for 8 hours.

Itinerary

Today, we drive from Pokhara/ Kathmandu to Arughat by coach following the road. We cross the Trishuli River on a bridge and drive further to Gorkha or Dhading Beshi passing Taribeshi before we arrive at Arughat. We further take local shared transport to drive to Sotikhola. Overnight stay at Soti Khola.

The trail passes a number of villages. After crossing a suspension bridge of Soti Khola, we trek through Sal forests, Rice fields, and sandy river bed, the trail becomes rocky, passing through waterfalls and cliffs. Finally, we reach Machcha Khola. Overnight stay at Machhi Khola.

The trail through a forested area as we approach Dovan, you will be able to see the huge rapids at Budhi Gandaki River. As the elevation increases, the scenery undergoes a complete transformation from forests to alpine highlands. Overnight stay at Jagat.

We first reach Salleri after climbing a rocky ridge and then go towards Sirdibas. Then walk upstream through a long suspension bridge to reach a Gurung village in Phillim., we reach Ekle Bhatti and continue a steep gorge and then descend through grassy slopes to cross the Budhi Gandaki and then cross bridges, we reach the Deng village. Overnight stay at Deng.

We cross the Budhi Gandaki River and climb to reach Rana. The trail passes through forests, painted Mani stones, dense forests, and Gompas along the trail. Also, we have the best view of Siring, Ganesh Himal, and Himal Chuli. Overnight stay at Namrung.

The trail passes through numerous cultivated fields dotted with tiny houses. On our way to Lho, we get stunning views of Naike peak 6416m, Manaslu North, 7774m, and Manaslu, 8150m. Late afternoon visit to the local monastery. Overnight stay at Lho.

After we leave Lho, the trail then follows the lateral moraine of Pungen Glacier breathtaking view of the high Mount of Manaslu and exploring around. Stay overnight at Sama Gaun.

This day is set aside to rest and acclimatize to the increasing altitudes. We can walk up to the Sama Gompa Monastery or take a short hike to the Manaslu Base Camp.

Today we follow the terraced Budhi Gandaki River valley to the regions. It is a fairly easy trail, passing through Mani walls and juniper and birch forests and we reach the most remote permanent settlement Samdo village. Overnight stay at Samdo.

We begin a hike upward the Larkya La Pass, crossing a few streams and where we get excellent views of the Larkya glacier. Overnight stay at Dharmasala.

Today, we climb toward the snowed-covered pass at Larkya La and reach a valley on the north side of the Larkya glacier. The hard work reaching this point will be rewarded with an amazing view of Himlung Himal (7126m.), Cheo Himal (6820 m.) Kang Kuru (6981m.) and Mt. Annapurna (7937 m.). Overnight night at Bhimtang.

Today we enjoy a gentle climb through paddy fields, Rhododendron forests, and a narrow valley before making a small Karcha La Pass. Overnight stay at Tiliche.

We follow the Marshyangdi River downstream and pass through an arch and Mani walls and numerous beautiful villages. We eventually reach Tal from where we enter the Annapurna circuit section. From Tal, we take a coach from Tal to Beshisahar, and Pokhara or Kathmandu. We drive along the banks of the Marsyangdi River. Enjoy the view of rice fields, terraced farms, rivers, valleys, and refreshing views of the hilly areas and natural spectacle. Overnight stay at Pokhara or Kathmandu.
