Panorama Soft Trek - 4 Days

The trekking trail runs through the lower part of the Annapurna region, through the woods of pine, rhododendron and juniper. The main objective of this trek is to roam around the lower height Annapurna region with soft treks. Landruk is a small village amidst the forest with a stunning array of rhododendron flowers and warming hospitality and culture of the ethnic Gurung community.  One of the important highlights of this trip is to ascent on Jhinu Danda. You will enjoy the views of the most spectacular mountains.  When the sun rises, it touches the snow-capped summits Dhaulagiri (8,167 m) and Annapurna (8,091 m) along with a range of other peaks,  gradually appear, with such a beauty that your eyes cannot believe.

This trek is designed for people who have a short period of time for the trek or cannot endure very difficult treks. Although this trek revolves around the lower Annapurna region, we get to see the panoramic views of the spectacular Annapurna Himalayan Range.

This trek starts from Pokhara, and this itinerary also begins from Pokhara. You can come to Pokhara from Kathmandu with a 6-hour drive or a 30 mins flight. Or we can arrange your pick up from Kathmandu Airport upon request, and also organize a few days of visit around the cities of Kathmandu and Pokhara before the trek.

Day 1: Drive to Kande, trek to Landruk

Day 2: Landruk to Jhinu

Day 3: Jhinu to Kot Danda

Day 4: Kot Danda to Ghandruk and drive to Pokhara

Day 1
Pokhara to Landruk

This trek starts with one hour drive from Pokhara to Kande, where the trek begins. From Kande, we trek to Landruk via Australian Base Camp through a trail of forests of pine and rhododendron, roughly it’s 5 hour trek. Overnight Stay at Landruk, (1700 m.)

Day 2
Landruk to Jhinu

From Landruk, we trek for around 5 hours through forests and descending staircases, with views of the Dhalulagiri, Annapurna and Fishtail! There is hot water springs for you to enjoy at Jhinu. Overnight stay at Jhinu Danda. (1780 m.)

Day 3
Jhinu to Kot Danda

After Jhinu, we wake up early morning to trek from Jhinu so that we see the majestic mountains, the trail descends down to a river valley and then climbs up to Kot Danda. (2344 m).

Day 4
Kot Danda to Pokhara

Next morning, we trek from Kot Danda to Ghandruk through dense rhododendron forests. Ghandruk village is the biggest Gurung village famous for rich traditions, and beautiful views. After Exploring Ghandruk, we drive back to Pokhara where the trek ends.
